Booking & Reservations

How do I book a stay with Opulentia Holiday Letting?

You can book directly through our website, Airbnb, or Booking.com. Simply select your desired dates, choose a property, and follow the booking process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, EFT payments, and secure online payments through Airbnb and Booking.com and our website.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit may be required depending on the property. This will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by property and platform. Please refer to the specific terms listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, or your direct booking confirmation.

Check-In & Check-Out

What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
    Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Latest Check in till 8pm. 

Is there a check in FEE?

Yes, if you check in after 7pm there will be a R200 check in administration fee.

How do I check in to my accommodation?

Most of our properties offer self-check-in with secure key boxes or digital locks. Some of our units have keys left at the concierge. Detailed instructions will be sent before your arrival. 

Amenities & Services

Are the apartments fully furnished?

Yes, all our properties are fully furnished with modern luxury finishes, including kitchens equipped with appliances, cutlery, and cookware.

Do you provide cleaning services?

Yes, all stays include a pre-arrival clean and fresh linen. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. Please send us 1 day notice to facilitate the clean the next day. Payment will be made prior to the cleaner commencing the work.

Is Wi-Fi included in all properties?

Yes, all our accommodations come with free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Do you offer parking?

Yes, each unit includes 2 designated parking, either covered or underground. Parking details are provided in the property listing.
